8,500 SF gut renovation of an existing 4-story residential building with basement in Sunset Park. Renovations included a total of 9 apartments along with upgrades to the common tenant hallways, stairwell and building entrance. Design included a conversion of unused area in the basement into tenant amenities, with bicycle storage and laundry room. Upgrades to all existing building systems, including a new boiler, were also provided.
